Dr. Rekha Radhamony is a globally acclaimed Ayurvedic doctor with practice in over 59 countries. Currently based between Dubai and Kerala, India, she offers consultations to patients worldwide.
Dr. Rekha has an extensive Ayurveda practice with patients across the world and is known for her expertise in skincare, hair care, gut health, hormonal health, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
She leads a team of highly qualified Ayurvedic doctors and nutritionists trained in Ayurveda, offering comprehensive holistic wellness and health management programs.
Additionally, Dr. Rekha is also on the expert panel of the world’s largest FMCG company – Procter & Gamble (P&G) for their Ayurvedic skincare and hair care product lines.
Dr. Rekha first qualified as an Ayurvedic Doctor from Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College (Mahatma Gandhi University), Kerala, by pursuing the 5-year degree course in Ayurveda – Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). Later, she attended 2-year courses to further her knowledge in Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Rekha began her career as an Ayurvedic Doctor at her family-owned clinic in Trivandrum, Kerala, where she received training from her father before carving her niche in the healthcare industry in Dubai.
Dr. Rekha is renowned for her efforts to promote global acceptance of Ayurveda and has received numerous awards and accolades for her contributions. One of her recent achievements is winning the Digital Health award for the best Ayurvedic doctor by the IHW Council, Health Authority of India.
Her work and articles have been published in leading newspapers like The Indian Express, Khaleej Times, The National UAE, Times of India, The Hindu, Hindustan Times, etc.
Furthermore, Dr. Rekha has delivered talks for esteemed companies, including Google, DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority), Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Expo 2020, Ernst & Young, Infosys, Allianz, Indian Chamber of Commerce, IBPC and many more.
